Overnight Vacation Packages - Flowers, Birds, or Tidepools

In addition to our private day tours, we also offer overnight nature vacation tour packages for four or five nature enthusiasts on a flexible schedule, focusing on Wildflowers in June, Birds from April to October, and Tidepools from April to August.

We will plan the details, please just send us 3 consecutive days (and if interested in tidepooling two possible weeks) that you have available in 2025. Email us today at tours@experienceolympic.com and we will send you an expression of interest form.

June Spring Wildflowers

Day 1 – Arrival in Port Angeles (transportation from Seattle or Victoria) meeting at 12:15 in downtown Port Angeles. Visit Sol Duc Falls and middle elevation wildflowers en route to Forks. Overnight Forks Motel

Day 2 – Hoh Rainforest mossy loop trails and Kalaloch Plant Wonders (Tree of Life). Overnight Forks Motel

Day 3 – Hurricane Ridge mountain wildflowers. Ending in downtown Port Angeles at 12:15 PM (departure on Clallam Transit 123 12:30 PM or Coho Ferry departure to Victoria 12:45 PM)

April to October Neah Bay Birding

Day 1 – Arrival to Port Angeles (transportation from the Seattle or Victoria) meeting at 12:15 in downtown Port Angeles. Birding Lake Crescent and the Salish Sea en route to Neah Bay. Visit the Makah Museum. Spend the evening at Cape Flattery. Overnight Forks Motel or similar between Sekiu and Neah Bay

Day 2 – Cape Flattery again (if we need more time there), Hobuck Beach, Makah Passage Road, and Neah Bay town and bay. Overnight Forks Motel or similar between Sekiu and Neah Bay

Day 3 – Hurricane Ridge high elevation breeding birds (departure on Clallam Transit 123 12:30 PM or on the Coho Ferry departing at 12:45 PM)

April to August Olympic Peninsula Tidepooling

Day 1 – Arrival to Port Angeles (transportation from Seattle or Victoria) meeting at 12:15 in downtown Port Angeles. Visit the Feiro Marine Life Center in Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge. Transportation to Forks. Overnight Forks Motel

Day 2 – Coastal Beach tidepooling and Hoh Rainforest. Overnight Forks Motel

Day 3 – Salish Sea or a different coastal beach tidepooling ending in downtown Port Angeles at 12:15 PM (departure on Clallam Transit 123 12:30 PM or on the Coho Ferry departing at 12:45 PM)

Experience Olympic's guided overnight vacation tour packages start and end in Port Angeles, Washington (accessible without needing to rent a car). Please request an expression of interest form by emailing tours@experienceolympic.com

Cost includes hotel accommodations, transportation, entrance & museum or aquarium fees, and guiding by Carolyn.

Cost does not include food costs, trip insurance, and travel to and from Port Angeles on the day the tour starts and ends. We will help you organize your own transportation to/from Seattle or Victoria.

Cost  - $791 per person, based on double occupancy ($935 single occupancy).
